I’m drawn to simple, familiar things — yet I try to see them as if for the first time

In this series, I use the following tools: colored pencils, matte textured paper, black coffee, and Sunday flea markets to set the mood. These are small works created with great care. I admire the naivety of colored pencil and the density with which it can be used.
